Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

All domestic orders come with free shipping.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are shipped between 1-3 business days. Once the order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email together with a tracking code, so you can track your order.

Where can I track my order status?

Once we process and ship your order, you will receive an email with details about your shipping carrier and a tracking code, where you can track your order status.

What are the timelines for me to receive my order?

We will ship your order within 3 working days of receipt; and the order will reach you within 3-10 working days, depending on the distance and time taken by our shipping partner.

Do you ship internationally?

No, currently we ship only in India.

Billing & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept almost all of the payment methods available. All major credit and debit cards are available, as well as UPI & payment wallets.

Do you Accept UPI payments?

Yes, our online payment infrastructure also accepts UPI payments.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We offer replacements in case of damages or incorrect dispatches. In case there is a problem with your order, please contact us over e-mail or phone (provided in our contact details). Once we receive back your product, we will issue you a replacement.

What happens if my products arrive damaged?

We are here to help you replace it. Just email us within 3 days of receiving the package together with a photo of the damaged product and we will be sure to send you a new one.
