Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations please contact us on care@dermadecode.com   We will cancel your order immediately if it is unshipped. Once the package is despatched, we would be unable to cancel any order..

Return & Refund Policy

We do not refund orders, but are glad to exchange your products in case of any genuine issues.

Exchange for a product will be accepted only if:

1. The order is received in damaged condition.

2. A wrong product is sent.

3. Part of the order is missing.

In all of the above cases, we request you to inform us within 72 hours of receiving the order with an image as evidence.

1. Only products worth same or more value would be eligible for exchange. No refunds will be processed.

2. Exchange product will be dispatched within 48-72 hours of receiving the request.

3. If a prepaid order is not delivered, a refund will be initiated within 3-5 working days via same mode of payment.

How do you organize a product return in case we need to exchange it?

We will organize the return with our delivery partners.

Cash On Delivery Policy

As per the Cash on Delivery policy:

1. To avail C-O-D Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for C-O-D.

2. C-O-D is applicable on a minimum sale value of Rs. 0 and maximum of Rs. 5000 only.

3. Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area.

4. You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.

5. If the product / box is open, do not accept the order.
